First full day at TMSA Elevate is off to a great start. Jennifer Karpus-Romain and her team have their priorities in order. Tons of coffee, a wellness room with stress toys and coloring pages, and fun extra ribbons for your name badge.

This one goes down as a top 5 core memory. If you've never been to a TMSA conference and you're in sales or marketing, I urge you to put this on your list for next year. The team puts so much hard work into creating an inclusive event where both leaders and practitioners can collaborate and learn from each other. There was so much content and strategy ideas we walked away with that I cannot wait to put into practice.
