Giving back is a core part of the TMSA community.
Each year at ELEVATE, we partner with a nonprofit organization making a meaningful impact in the local community. Our Community Giveback initiative gives attendees the opportunity to come together, roll up their sleeves, and support an organization doing important work beyond the conference walls.
For 2026, we are proud to partner with A Precious Child, a Colorado-based nonprofit dedicated to ensuring children and families have access to essential resources in times of need.
During ELEVATE, TMSA attendees will take part in a hands-on volunteer activity in support of A Precious Child by creating no-sew blankets for children and infants.
As a group, we’ll be cutting fabric and tying knots to create handmade blankets that will be distributed to children and families served by A Precious Child, providing warmth, comfort, and a reminder that they are supported by their community.

Community Giveback is about more than one activity or one organization—it reflects who we are as a community.
By supporting A Precious Child, TMSA members are helping provide essential resources to children and families across Colorado while reinforcing our shared commitment to empathy, connection, and impact.
In addition to our hands-on giveback with A Precious Child, we’re creating space at ELEVATE for attendees to connect with a few additional nonprofit organizations doing meaningful work in transportation and logistics.
During the Community Giveback activation, attendees will be able to move through a small Community Hub area to learn about these organizations, hear the impact they’re making, and discover ways to stay involved beyond the conference.
This is not a separate event or a vendor area. It’s an extension of what TMSA has always believed: that the relationships we build at ELEVATE should have impact beyond the ballroom.
We’ll keep the focus on A Precious Child as our primary giveback partner, while also creating space to highlight Purpose Award winners and give our community the opportunity to engage with other organizations making a difference across the industry.

A limited number of nonprofit partners will be invited to participate in the Community Hub. Participating organizations receive a conference registration and a small on-site presence during the Giveback activation to share their mission and connect with attendees.
