As a Future Forward Volunteer, you will be part of the team that makes the conference run smoothly. You’ll assist with key event operations, connect with professionals across the field, and gain the kind of real-world experience that helps you stand out after graduation. In addition to hands-on learning, you will have full access to ELEVATE sessions, panels, and networking events where ideas, innovations, and careers take shape.
What to Expect
- Hands-On Learning
- Join the TMSA event team to help with registration, logistics, and session setup. You will see how large-scale conferences are planned, organized, and executed while gaining valuable project coordination and teamwork experience.

- Attend learning sessions and networking events that expand your understanding of the transportation, logistics, and marketing industries. You will leave with new skills, insights, and professional confidence.
- Mentorship and Connection
- Each student volunteer is paired with a TMSA mentor who offers career guidance, introductions, and encouragement throughout the event. This one-on-one connection helps you translate what you learn into next steps for your own path.
