What does it all actually mean? What can a single human do to move the needle? Can it also be a good decision for the success of the business? In this workshop, attendees will learn: - Take a deep dive into how their own puzzle pieces fit into the overall DEI landscape. - Tools for guiding effective conversations around DEI in the workplace. - Examples of Proven ROI for Diversity as a business use case.
